Purchasing and Download...


Q: What payment methods are on offer ?

A: 1) You can pay via bank transfer -
please ask support for data,
or a proforma invoice. The drawback here is that even
at the best of times this takes
at least one to three days,
sometimes more than a week.

For all other forms of payment, simply click
the SWREG/DigitalRiver purchase button -
these are reliable professionals who deal
with all the credit card companies
the service is fast and reliable - but do not
bother these payment agents with download questions,
we are always there for you with our own support.

If you pay via SWREG/DigitalRiver you can
expect a normal transaction to take minutes,
and expect your download link within two hours.

If you are using your Paypal account
make sure you are a US resident... Paypal
takes advantage of currency changes
and has charged customers 15 percent
too much in the past - our advice is
to stay away from them at least
if you live outside the US.

Q: How does the download work ?

A: The download usually consists of one or more zip files -
you can download all of them to be on the safe side
and try out what format works best for you.
Downloads work within minutes, depending on file size.
